Being without a kitchen or bathroom for any length of time is an inconvenience at best. A shortage of material or not having ordered a part with a week or more delivery schedule can greatly increase your projects timeline and your frustration.
When remodeling a kitchen or bath there are standard items every project will need and optional items you should consider purchasing to customize your space. Having all necessary materials on site before the project begins is critical to staying on schedule. We have created a Kitchen Material Worksheet and a Bath Material Worksheet that lists the standard and optional items needed for a typical remodel. These worksheets are designed to be used as a shopping checklist. Adding optional/custom elements to your project can increase the scope of work and in some cases labor charges.
